Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Gospel Education System ("GES," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Gospel Education System Ventures, a business name under Home and Household Interventions Limited, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what information we collect through gospeleducation.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly: When you join the free guided journey, sign up for updates, or contact us through the Site, we collect your name and email address, the topic you choose when asked what you are walking through (for example marriage, prayer, or spiritual warfare), and any message you send us.
  • Automatically collected information: Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, and general location (city/country level), to help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Open your free journey and send the welcome emails that go with it
  • Suggest reading that matches the topic you told us you are walking through
  • Send occasional emails about new books, articles, or devotionals, which you may unsubscribe from at any time
  • Respond to messages sent through our contact form
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Brevo (email marketing) — stores and manages the name, email address, and chosen topic of subscribers who join the free journey or sign up for updates.
  • Google Analytics — collects anonymous website usage statistics.
  • Amazon — our books are sold via Amazon (Kindle, Paperback, and Audiobook editions). When you click a link to purchase a book, you leave our Site and your purchase is handled entirely by Amazon under its own privacy policy and terms.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies solely for the purpose of Google Analytics, to help us understand aggregate visitor behavior. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so will not affect your ability to read content on the Site.

Data Retention

We retain email addresses collected for our mailing list until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

You may, at any time:

  • Unsubscribe from our email list using the link at the bottom of any email
  • Request that we delete your personal information by contacting us directly
  • Ask what information we hold about you by contacting us directly
