Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gospeleducation.org (the "Site"), operated by Gospel Education System Ventures, a business name under Home and Household Interventions Limited ("GES," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — reading content, joining the free guided journey, and purchasing books through the third-party retailers we link to. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to scrape, copy, or redistribute its content at scale, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including articles, devotionals, book descriptions, graphics, and original written material — is the property of GES and Prince Nnanna, or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright law. Scripture quotations are taken from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from GES's original content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a link or quoting a short excerpt with attribution.
Books and Third-Party Purchases
Our books are sold via Amazon in Kindle, Paperback, and Audiobook editions. When you click through to purchase a book, you leave the Site and the transaction is handled entirely by Amazon under its own terms of service. GES is not responsible for Amazon's policies, pricing, availability, or the purchase process itself.
Free Resources and Email Communications
The free guided journey, articles, and other free resources on the Site are provided "as is," without any warranty as to completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. By joining the free journey or requesting a free resource, you consent to receive a short series of welcome emails and then occasional emails from us about new books, articles, or devotionals, which you may unsubscribe from at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Not Professional Advice
Content on the Site — including material addressing marriage, family, finances, and personal struggle — reflects theological teaching and is offered for spiritual education and encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and you should seek a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GES and Home and Household Interventions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
